Coffee Sprex, located just a stone's throw from St Ignatius Church also happens to be really close to the office but I've only had the opportunity to visit it recently.
The menu has a small selection of food but there are enough choices to satisfy most.
There are different menus for breakfast and lunch + dinner at very affordable prices (a small range of RM6.90 to RM9.90) with decent portions for the average appetite.
Coffee comes out of a coffee machine but specialty syrups adds something special to the otherwise normal coffee. The Chou Chou (Caramelised Peanut) Latte was a little sweet for my taste but was rather fragrant.

For RM9.90, this portion was definitely worth the money. 2 slices of bread, a bratwurst-sized sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon and a luncheon meat medallion. Having this with the mug of coffee was a portion too large for me.
Food is of decent quality at decent prices with decent portions making it worth the buck if you're ever in the area and in need of a hearty meal.
