Bray Bakery ~ Menara See Hoy Chan, KL

Lamb in a sandwich is an uncommon offering so I ordered the Spiced Lamb Sandwich. The lamb was tender, flavorful and didn't have gamey smell. Flavors were very balanced in the sandwich and there was a good ratio of meat to vegetable to toasty bread, an absolute delight.

The Fried Masala Chicken open toast was great as well, there's just enough spice on the crispy, well-fried chicken.

The sides of truffle-candied wedges and corn salad is a must order if it doesn't already come with your meal.

They weren't kidding when they said candied wedges. The thinnest layer of truffled caramel? and a sprinkling of parmesan coats the wedges creating an almost shattering candy-like glaze, delicious and fascinating. The corn salad was well dressed and brightens up the palate for you to dive into more rich & sinful food.

As I already had a coffee, I opted for a 65% Venezuela Chocolate with sea salt. Rich, lovely and creamy.

Undoubtedly one of the best cafes in the Klang Valley for their unique delicious food creations.
