Visited a Sarawakian noodle place recently and got blown away by a dish that I could never imagine enjoying - Sarawak Tomato Noodles.
Lin Li Xiang's Special Sarawak Tomato Kuey Teow is topped with so much fish balls, meat balls, fish cake, char siew, pork slices and prawns but don't let that distract you from the well-fried kuey teow full of wok hei and that tasty sweet and sour sauce.
The Pandan 3 Layered Tea was impressive too with a strong tea and pandan flavor.
The Sarawak Laksa sells out pretty quickly even on a weekday - looking forward to catch it soon!
