After ordering from them during MCO, I finally had the opportunity to dine in at The Uma Bali.
This time I had the Babi Kecap Manis set and it was abundant with super tender pieces of pork cubes and the usual sides of urap sayur, hard boiled egg and emping. The pork was a little sweet with coconut and herbal notes, delicious!
The Balinese gado-gado turned out too much to finish as there's already so much in the individual meal set. The gado-gado sauce was creamy but not cloying on the mixture of cucumber, kangkung, tauge, nasi impit, hard boiled eggs and emping.
It was definitely more enjoyable in the restaurant with the fresh food and atmosphere. More visits to come!
